Order Requirements

A nonrefundable deposit of 20% will be required to place your order into an active status. The remaining balance will be due, in full, 2 days before your order is shipped. Lead time is 3 - 4 weeks from the time your deposit is received.

Checklist

1.	Are you within 300 miles of our location, Arendtsville, PA 17303?
2.	The width of the building is the truss span; a 24' x 30' x 8' building would come with a 24' wide truss.
3.	The dimensions of our buildings are outside dimensions, not inside dimensions.
4.	Do you have a level area to unload materials, room to back a tractor trailer in, plus a level lot to construct your building?
5.	Are you aware that out kits require basic sawing, trimming, and drilling to construct?
6	Are you aware that our kits are not pre-drilled or materials pre-cut?
7.	Will you be doing the construction yourself or is someone else going to be doing the work? If someone else is doing the work, do they have any questions before delivery.
